Ordering Policy:

We take only credit card or paypal orders. The order page (use Order Now button) shows all the credit cards we accept.

All orders go through a secure, encrypted, paypal site.

All credit card information remains with paypal only. We do not have access to or keep your credit card information.

Shipping Policy:

We ship only within the United States – (all 50 states)

We normally ship within 1-2 working days from receipt of order.

All shipping is done through the United States Postal Service.
Ordered quantities of 1-2 ship 1st class. Allow 1-3 days delivery.
Ordered quantities of 3-10 ship Priority Mail. Allow 3-5 days delivery.

Shipping and handling fees are calculated on the order page. In general, the per item shipping charge decreases as the quantity ordered increases.

Return policy:

We guarantee the product to be free of manufacturing defects when shipped. If your item is found to be damaged upon receipt, contact us within 30 days and we will arrange to have another Munchie Mug on its way as soon as possible.
