Ordering Policy:
We take only credit card or paypal orders. The order page (Buy Now Button) shows all the credit cards we accept.
All orders go through a secure, encrypted, PayPal site.
All credit card information remains with paypal only. We do not have access to or keep your credit card information.
Shipping Policy:
We now ship internationally! We ship to all 50 United States as well as Internationally to a number of other countries.
We normally ship within 1-2 working days from receipt of order.
- All shipping is done through the United States Postal Service.
- Domestic orders of quantities 1-2 ship 1st Class. Allow 1-3 days delivery.
- Domestic orders of quantities 3-12 ship Priority. Allow 3-5 days delivery.
- International orders of quantities 1-12 ship First Class International. Allow 6-10 days delivery.
Shipping and handling fees:
- Domestic shipping is free.
- International shipping is calculated and added to the total purchase based on your country. Please select your destination country on our order page; this must remain the same at PayPal checkout.
International orders:
- shipping is via United States Postal Service
- tracking is not available to all destinations
- there is no delivery guarantee or insurance
- any duties or fees due at the countries port of entry are the responsibility of the buyer
Return policy:
We guarantee the product to be free of manufacturing defects when shipped. If your item is found to be damaged upon receipt, contact us within 90 days and we will arrange to have another Munchie Mug on its way as soon as possible.
Care and maintenance:
(cleaning)
Please clean your Mug before the first usage. All parts are dishwasher safe and may be cleaned using the top rack (do not put the parts on the bottom rack) of a dishwasher.
(drying)
The cloth holds moisture after washing. To dry it, press against both sides of the fabric at the same time with 2 pieces of dry cloth or paper towels. Blot a few times and the fabric should be dry.
(removing the patented threaded lid)
The Munchie Mug features a screw on top that makes it very difficult for children to open. Because of this locking feature of the threads, the easiest way to open the Mug is to insert the four fingers of your left hand into the top of the mug while grasping the outside with your thumb. Holding the jar in your right hand (as shown in the "How Does it Work" video), turn the lid clockwise in the direction the thumb is pointing to easily open the mug. It is not necessary to overly tighten the lid.
